By creating an account on APIKlone, you agree to abide by these Fair Use Terms and Conditions. Our platform is designed to provide robust API mocking and proxying specifically for developers and testing environments.
You agree to not abuse the platform. "Abuse" includes, but is not limited to, using APIKlone endpoints to orchestrate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, hosting or proxying malicious payloads (malware/phishing), mining cryptocurrency, circumventing strict corporate firewalls illegally, or generating excessive computational load intentionally designed to exhaust platform resources.
While we do not strictly cap bandwidth out-of-the-gate, we monitor traffic flows. Accounts consuming a demonstrably disproportionate amount of bandwidth or storage negatively impacting other tenants may be severely rate-limited or suspended without warning.
APIKlone is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the contents or payloads traversing the proxy. All mocked responses belong to the creating tenant. In no event shall APIKlone be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
