1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the APIKlone website or any of our self-hosted, SaaS, or Enterprise products (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

APIKlone provides enterprise-grade API virtualization, mocking, and stateful proxy recording tools. Depending on your subscription plan, the Service may be delivered via a managed cloud application (SaaS) or via an offline containerized application using a cryptographically signed Activation Key (Self-Hosted).

3. User Accounts and Activation Keys

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or requesting an Activation Key.
• Self-Hosted Activation Keys are bound to your organizational configuration limits and are strictly non-transferable outside your organization.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your passwords and Activation Keys. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. Specifically, you must not:

• Attempt to bypass, crack, or disable the cryptographic Activation Key licensing mechanisms.
• Use the Service to mock, proxy, or intercept traffic to third-party endpoints unless you have explicit permission or ownership of the target endpoint.
• Distribute, resell, or lease our Self-Hosted Docker images or SaaS instances without an explicit Enterprise Reseller agreement.

5. Service Availability and SaaS Provisioning

For SaaS customers, we strive to maintain our published Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Standard SaaS provisioning may take up to 24 hours to secure subdomains, validate IP address space, and encrypt resources locally. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for routine maintenance with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

APIKlone and its original content, features, Docker images, and functionality are owned by APIKlone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall APIKlone, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
